Returns for damaged or expired products

As our products are full of natural ingredients they are perishable, so we don't allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse unless the item is damaged or expired.

If the item is damaged or expired our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return. If you do receive a product from TRIP that is defective, damaged or expired and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@drink-trip.com
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. In the email please include photos of the issue
